Really enjoyed staff and food, they were great. It was a well-kept hotel in a beautiful area. Moreover, two footbridges was 10 minutes' walk away. Magnificent views and gorgeous garden.

The place was exceptional and efficient and the staff were helpful, the location was ideal right on the Thames. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Our experience here was really lovely.

Beautifully designed rooms plus very comfy beds, informative staff. Great service and an excellent pool onsite. Moreover, we could park our car on site. The hotel was in an exceptional location so close to the river, London, restaurants. Full English breakfast was perfect, loved this place.

Food was excellent, staff was terrific. Quiet location, close enough to the Town Center with a good number of shops, the river and London, even so the area was really bad. We stayed in the standard room that was glamorous and with comfortable bed. Kids really enjoyed the plunge pool.
Well, the views were not bad here.

Super location, amazingly clean rooms, lovely beds. Beautiful staff, provided perfect service and was always available. The vegetarian breakfast was EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, had fresh bread, meats, bakery, eggs and fresh fruit.
